Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Nature of the service

Brian Congelliere AI Services (Nexura AI) sells professional services and digital deliverables. Nothing is shipped physically; all work is delivered electronically to the email address and systems you nominate.

2. Turnaround times

• Starter ($199 per project): AI audit and one workflow integration delivered within 3–7 business days of kickoff.
• Growth ($499 per month): onboarding within 3 business days; pipeline changes delivered on a rolling weekly cycle.
• Enterprise ($1,299 per month): a written delivery schedule is agreed at kickoff; custom agents typically go live within 10–20 business days.

3. Kickoff

Kickoff happens within one business day of payment. We confirm scope in writing, request the access we need, and schedule a discovery call.

4. What you receive

Depending on scope: an audit report, deployed automations or agents, integration configuration, handover documentation, and a walkthrough session. Deliverables are sent by email and, where relevant, deployed directly into your environment.

5. Delays

If a delivery date is at risk, we notify you in advance with a revised date. Delays caused by pending client access, data, or approvals pause the delivery clock.

6. Acceptance and revisions

You have 7 days from delivery to review a milestone. Revisions needed to meet the agreed written scope are made at no additional cost.

7. Support after delivery

Starter includes 14 days of email support. Growth includes priority support with a 24-hour response target. Enterprise includes a named solutions engineer and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
